Free templates are provided at no cost and are not subject to any refund process.
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds on premium template kits once the download link has been accessed. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your purchase, we will resolve it or issue a full refund within 5 business days of your request.
To request a refund, contact us at info@complient.co.za within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
Unused AI credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used to generate documents are not refundable. When a credit pack purchase is refunded, the remaining credits from that pack are removed from your account balance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund if applicable.
